I’m a nurse coach, a registered nurse with holistic training dedicated to bringing about health and wellness changes in individuals and communities. That’s why I founded Well-Being Reimagined.
Nurse Coaching is a holistic, client centered approach to well-being that integrates the mind, body, and spirit. With help, you will discover what areas need attention and together we create goals that are attainable and realistic so you can reclaim your joy and thrive, not just survive. Rather than prescribing a one-size-fits-all solution, I work with you as a partner because you are the expert in your own life. Together we explore what well-being means to you, set meaningful goals, and tap into the power of your thoughts to create lasting transformation.

MIND
THOUGHTS, BELIEFS, and EMOTIONS
Did you know that our THOUGHTS are the biggest stressor to our bodies? BELIEFS about yourself, your life, and the world shape your reality, but are they true? Our beliefs about ourselves and our relationship to the world shape our thoughts. EMOTIONS involve how you feel and react to situations; you have a choice how to respond to everything. Emotions arise from the way our thoughts and beliefs interpret a situation.
What are your beliefs? Where did you learn them and are they true?How do I improve my mind? There are several resources that have been clinically proven to calm the mind and rewire the brain that include: meditation, guided imagery, visualization, breathwork, journaling, affirmations, movement, and music. I can guide you through how to use these resources and learn the powerful benefits of each one.
BODY
NUTRITION, MOVEMENT/EXERCISE, and SLEEP
NUTRITION - Balanced nutrition provides the foundation for energy, focus, and vitality. It supports your immune system, promotes healing, and helps prevent chronic illness. Together, we can explore simple, sustainable ways to bring more nourishment into your daily life, including recipes of your favorite foods.
MOVEMENT/EXERCISE - Just 10 minutes of walking increases serotonin levels, reduces stress and anxiety, increases metabolism, improves muscle and bone health, aides in digestion and elimination, connects one to nature, and more. Even simple activities like stretching or walking can nurture healing and restore well-being. The benefits are endless!
SLEEP - When we don’t get enough restorative sleep, it can affect nearly every part of our well-being. Lack of sleep has been linked to increased stress, difficulty concentrating, mood changes, weakened immunity, and even chronic health concerns. By prioritizing healthy sleep, we give our mind and body the chance to heal, restore, and thrive.
SPIRIT
SOCIAL CONNECTIONS, INNER PEACE, and SENSE OF PURPOSE
Caring for your spirit means connecting with what gives your life meaning, purpose, and joy. When the spirit is nourished, we feel more grounded, resilient, and at peace—even during life’s challenges.
Spending time with positive, like-minded people and loved ones regularly nourishes our spirit. Rediscover how to PLAY like when you were a child. Find what brings your heart joy and do it weekly. Our mind cannot be anxious and creative at the same time.
Practices like mindfulness, meditation, gratitude, or simply spending time in nature can strengthen this connection. Honoring your spirit brings balance to the mind and body, creating space for healing, renewal, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
